RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SALE POLICY
As Dusty Creek scales back operations and clears remaining stock, we kindly ask customers to carefully check sizing, measurements, product descriptions, and images before purchasing.
We are currently liquidating stock at heavily reduced prices, with many items priced close to or below cost price to clear remaining inventory.

We are more than happy to assist with sizing advice where possible.
SALE, CLEARANCE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
ALL sale, clearance, promotional, discounted, outlet, mystery box, EOFY, warehouse clearance, and liquidation items are considered FINAL SALE.
These items are not eligible for:
- Refunds
- Exchanges
- Store credit
- Change of mind returns
This includes:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of preference
- Different fit expectations
- Multiple-size purchases
As remaining stock and sizes are now extremely limited, we cannot guarantee replacement sizing or exchanges.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES – SALE ITEM SIZE EXCHANGES
In limited circumstances only, Dusty Creek may approve a size exchange or store credit for sale items at our discretion.
This is NOT guaranteed and is subject to:
- Remaining stock availability
- Item condition
- Approval prior to return
If approved:
- Customers are responsible for ALL shipping costs both ways
- A store credit may be issued instead of an exchange where replacement stock is unavailable
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Due to liquidation pricing, we strongly encourage customers to avoid purchasing multiple sizes with the intention of returning items.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS – EXCHANGES ONLY
Dusty Creek may offer exchanges on full-priced clothing items only, subject to the following conditions:
(a) Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

(b) Items must be returned within this timeframe.
(c) Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free from marks, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, scent, or damage
- With all original tags attached
(d) Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
(e) Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
(f) If a replacement size is unavailable, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.
(g) Dusty Creek is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. Tracked postage is strongly recommended.
NO CHANGE OF MIND REFUNDS
Dusty Creek does not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Preference changes
- Delayed delivery once dispatched
- Sale items
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
FAULTY ITEMS
We take pride in our products and comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact:

You may be asked to provide:
- Photos
- Order number
- Description of the fault
If the item is confirmed faulty, you may be entitled to:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
This will be assessed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Items damaged through:
- General wear and tear
- Incorrect washing
- Misuse

Accidental damage
are not considered faulty.
STORE CREDIT TERMS
Where approved, store credit:
- Is non-transferable
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Is valid for 6 months from issue date
- Cannot be refunded back to original payment method
IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
All approved returns must:
- Include order number and contact details
- Be sent with tracked postage
- Be packaged appropriately
Items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
