Shipping policy
We strive to deliver your order to the specified delivery address ("Delivery") within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times. The delivery options displayed are indicative only and do not apply to orders fulfilled by our partner sellers.
Delivery Timeframes & Delays
While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you where possible. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses resulting from late or delayed deliveries.
Delivery Process
Orders are shipped via Australia Post. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can accept delivery at the specified address. Our delivery partners may contact you via SMS with options such as:
- Providing authority to leave the item at the delivery address.
- Redirecting the delivery to a collection point.
- Rescheduling the delivery for another time.
If no one is available at the time of delivery and the driver deems the location unsafe, the order may be:
- Redirected to a collection point.
- Attempted for re-delivery (where available).
- Returned to us if undeliverable.
By default, you provide authority to leave the parcel at the specified address. If the delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, additional fees may apply for reshipping.
Undeliverable Orders
If delivery or collection is unreasonably delayed for more than two weeks, we reserve the right to:
(a) Charge you for reasonable storage fees and other associated costs.
(b) Cancel the order and process a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy, minus any shipping and administration fees.
Delivery Restrictions
We may be unable to deliver to certain locations. If delivery to your address is not possible, we will notify you via the product page or contact you directly to arrange an alternative solution or cancel the order.
Risk & Responsibility
- Risk in the product passes to you upon delivery.
- If delivery is delayed through no fault of ours, risk passes at the date delivery was originally scheduled.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage after delivery.
Packaging
- Caps are shipped in protective cap boxes.
- Clothing items are packed in secure satchels.
- Please take care when opening packages, especially when using sharp instruments.
Special Campaigns
During certain promotions (such as Mystery Boxes & end of season sales), free shipping offers may not apply due to oversized parcels and heavily discounted pricing.
